Richard Robot in AntwerpWell, more #exchangeadventures on the road. Late night, after a moral victory performing Mannheim, I ran out of gas. There’s no low-fuel light, now warning, just the van shutting off on the side of the autobahn. My bad. We had no service so we couldn’t find a gas station nearby. Cops showed up. Then the really expensive tow truck. Then our friends from Europa Park rolled up. Crazy delay but we had a day off.

After a solid sleep and some nourishment, we headed out for Antwerp. With a long drive and short setup time, we were on the road early again. Six hours through the Germany countryside up north west of Mannheim to Belgium where the language barrier gets tough again. On the way, we passed some towns we’d already performed in and some to come later.

Antwerp was a cool city. So much so that we went out after the show late into the night and had a crazy night. Eurotrip (the movie) style. Another show tomorrow? Let’s go!
