Concept
Two people on opposite sides of a simple, suspended, isolated wall with a functional door and window. One side (domestic, basic bachelor’s pad) is on fire. Other side is calm and healthy. Wall must be suspended and free standing, finished on all sides. Must be suitable for 270 degree Arc Shot plus wide shots from either side of the wall (black curtain background).
Behind the Scenes
Completed set used a wire system to suspend the set wall to the studio’s walls. Final product was a set that could withstand actors breaking down doors while allowing complete 360 degree arc shots.
Haze and automated flame-flicker lighting created fire scenes.
